RETURN POLICY
IN-STORE PURCHASES

HARD GOODS: We accept returns of hard goods for a full refund up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must have a printed or digital receipt and be unused and in original packaging. Returns without a valid receipt are only eligible for store credit or an exchange. Returns will be in the same method customer paid.

 

PLANTS: All of our plants are hand-picked to ensure they are happy and healthy. Unfortunately, sometimes problems aren't visible for a few days. If, within 7 days of purchase, you believe your plant is ill, please bring it back. If we determine the problem was "in the works" before your purchase, we will exchange your plant for a new one or provide store credit. GLG reserves the right to deny any plant exchange request and we do not accept returns of plants for full refunds.
